Visitor with adoption purposes (Article 52)

Authorizes foreigners linked to an adoption process in Mexico to remain in the country until the writ of the case is made, the new certificate of the child or adolescent adopted is properly registered, and the respective passport and all necessary paperwork is issued.

The issuance of this authorization only applies to those citizens of countries with which Mexico have signed an agreement on this matter.
