Article 55

Permanent residents will have the right to preserve their family unit, they will be able to ask for the legal entry of the following persons:

Parents.
Wife or Husband.
Significant other, concubine.
If the permanent resident has children or the concubine has children, but they must be underage and have no previous marriage record.
Siblings, but they must be underage and have no previous marriage record.
